Classes and Workshops
The emphasis of my all my classes is the practice of mindfulness, health and wellbeing. Expressed through breath, movement, forms and flow. They are suitable for any one of any age or state of health, and are a great compliment to any other physical activity. They bring balance and healing. I run 4 classes a week 3 are regular classes involving movement stretching breathing exercises and the CMCK philosophy of movement, an expression of the Tao. I also run a seated class which in essence is the same practice but with a more meditative expression.

Workshops
3 New Autumn workshops 2023
I am running 3 new autumn workshops this year at Colet House
The workshops run from 10am to 4pm and cost £65 for the day
You can attend all 3 workshops for the discounted price of £180
The workshops can be attended both in person or via zoom.

Workshops are a chance to deepen into your practice. At the workshops we get a chance to explore Form, CMCK philosophy of movement, and breathing techniques. In a way that is not possible within the regular class format. They are great fun. An opportunity to explore the Chi (breath/energy) and the Kung (work) each workshop has its own theme and expression.
